Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are a dog-friendly destination for a $25 fee + tax per night.

Do you offer towels?

Yes, we stock our cottages and motel rooms with clean towels. We also have separate towels for ATV/UTV and snowmobile use. Guests are welcome to use them to clean up dirt and snow. Please dispose of these in the bin marked as Dirty after use.

Do your cottage kitchens have everything I need to cook?

Yes, our kitchens are completely furnished with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, and a coffee maker.

Do you have outdoor grills for guests to use?

Yes, we have multiple charcoal grills throughout the property near the cottages. Guests must supply their own charcoal.

What is the check-out process?

Leave your key in the cottage or motel room, and lock the door. That’s it!

What is the check-in process?

Check-in is at 4pm. You will receive a phone call the day of your arrival with instructions on how to access your cottage or motel room.

What if I have questions during my stay?

The Cranberry Inn is not a full-service resort, but we have staff available to help you between the hours of 8am and 6pm daily. Text or call 715-721-4700. If there is an emergency after these hours, call 911.

Do you have dining on-site?

Our restaurant is no longer open, but there are a variety of dining options just a couple minutes away in the town of Mercer.
